Application:

Dioctyl adipate is an excellent cold-resistant plasticizer for polyvinyl chloride, which gives products excellent low-temperature flexibility, and has certain light and thermal stability and water resistance. The pressed and calendered products of dioctyl adipate show excellent lubricating properties during production, and the products feel good. In plastisols, the initial viscosity is low and the viscosity stability is good. DOA is usually combined with plasticizers such as DOP and used in cold-resistant agricultural films, wires, sheets, artificial leather, outdoor water pipes, and frozen food packaging films. DOA can also be used as many low-temperature plasticizers containing rubber and plasticizers for resins such as nitrocellulose and ethyl cellulose.
