Product Description

Hydroxyethyl Urea is a super cosmetics moisturizing agent which has a strong capacity for absorbing and holding water. It can improve the feeling after using cosmetics on the skin, reduce the adding amount of the skin feeling regulator and enhance the stability ofthe freeze-thaw cycle as well as produce a collaborative moisturizing effect; Hydroxyethyl Urea is not sticky nor greasy and it is adaptable to a wide pH range. Experiments reveal that a better moisturizing effect would be achieved if HEU and glycerin are used together.

Application

Moisturizing emollient. Mainly used for skin and hair products, suitable to lotion, gel, emulsion, cream etc.
