Antioxidant 1135 is a performance antioxidant suitable for various polymers.It is used for polyurethane soft foam board, which can prevent polyols from forming peroxide during storage and prevent scorching from foaming. It has anti-oxidation property and the convenience of liquid additives that can be transported by pump. Due to its low volatility and compatibility, it is especially effective in the forced air cooling process of polyurethane. This feature also prevents fogging on the surface of products used in automobiles and coloring of textiles (such as furniture, carpets, etc.). In a single liquid, emulsion, suspension, solution or melt polymer processing mode, 1135 of the low volatile and liquid state makes it particularly applicable. 1135 can be added before, during and after polymerization.
