NeoCryl® XK-39 is a hard alkaline soluble acryliccopolymer emulsion with a steep pH/viscosity curve,and excellent reversibility and roller transferproperties.

Recommendations on formulation and use
-Flexo, gravure and screen printing inks
- Rheology modifier for inks and overprint varnishes
- Roller coating applicable fillers and base coats for particle board and masonite
- Hobby adhesives
Formulating guidelines
- Neutralize prior to use by slowly adding NeoCryl® XK-39 to a premix of water and/or alcohols with neutralizing agent(s), whilst stirring
- Viscosity stability is reached after 30- 60 min.
- Final pH of the solution should be about 8.5
- NeoCryl® XK-39 is compatible with other alkaline soluble resins, such as maleics, rosin esters and acrylics
