Application
Glutaraldehyde is highly effective against sulphate reducing, sulphide forming and slime forming bacteria. Glutaraldehyde surface active property provides penetration into slime masses and adherence to metal surfaces that prevent further bacterial slime build-up in secondary oil recovery water injection systems.
