Product description
CGYM-1 is a polysiloxane polyether copolymer surface active agent. It is a silicon carbon bond water soluble hard bubble silicon oil, which is mainly used in the production of rigid polyurethane foam. It is a good new product.
1.CGYM-1 has good compatibility and stability in the system of isocyanates, polyether polyols and fluorocarbon foaming agents, water, amines, organic catalysts and flame retardants.
2.CGYM-1 has excellent surface activity and emulsification ability, which can make the storage stability more ideal, more homogeneous pore structure and higher obturator rate, thus improving the heat insulation and mechanical strength of the foam.
3.CGYM-1 hard foam silicon oil can make the material have good fluidity and uniform density distribution during the foaming process, and it has excellent foam stability effect. It can minimize the shear line phenomenon, which has the most ideal foam stabilizer as fluorine polyether and fluorine free polyether combination.
