Descriptions:
It is a colorless and transparent oil-like liquid with a specific gravity of 1.045 (21 ℃), boiling point of 340 ℃, insoluble in water, low water solubility and volatility, but easily soluble in ethanol, ether, acetone, benzene and other organic solvents, which can also be mutually soluble with most hydrocarbons.
DBP, DOP and DiBP are the three most common plasticizers, which are commonly used in plastics, synthetic rubber and artificial leather.
It is prepared by heating esterification of phthalic anhydride and n-butanol.
Applications:
This product is a kind of plasticizer with strong dissolving power for various resins.
It is a non-toxic plasticizer, used in PVC processing, can give products good softness, used in nitric acid fiber coating, with excellent solubility, dispersion, adhesion and water resistance.
The film has good flexibility, flexibility resistance and stability.
