Omnirad TPO-H can be combined with solvents common to the coating industry (e.g.acetone or n-butyl acetate)or monomers (e.g. Photomer 4017,Photomer 4061 or Photomer 4006)to formulate concentrated photo initiator solutions. The powder grade Omnirad TPO-H should be incorporated at elevated temperature.
Saturation concentration for Omnirad TPO-H at 23℃(73 °F) in per cent by weight (concentrations above 50% were not tested but may occur):

Omnirad TPO-H can be incorporated into UV -curable coating as supplied .
Application
Ominirad TPO-H is a photo initiators for the UV curing of unsaturated polyesters and resins containing acrylic easter groups.Because of their absorption behavious in the long-wave range of the UV spectrum .they are preferably used to cure pigmented UV -curable coating and aurfacers as well as UV-stabilized coatings.
Omnirad TPO-H used in pigmented and clear coating to produce low -odor films .It is also used in combination with light stabilizers (e.g.Omnistab grades )to formulate coating for outdoor application.Of particular importance is the low yellowing -especially required for white -pigmented coatings and printing inks (e.g.in silk-screen printing).
