*Antioxidant 697 is a hindered phenolic antioxidant and metal deactivator used for reducing or preventing the harmful effects of copper and other transition metals from residual polymer catalyst,inorganic pigments or mineral-filled polymers, on polymers during processing and long-term service. *Antioxidant697 is of low volatility, non-discoloring, non-staining *Antioxidant697 is compatible with most polymers can stabilize polypropylene, polyethylene, polystyrene, polyester, EPDM, EVA and ABS and are approved for use in adhesives, polystyrene, and olefin polymers *Other application areas -hot melt and solvent-based adhesives, -mineral-filled plastics -powder coatings and other coatings on metals, and in rubber or plastic gaskets and plastic fabricated parts in contact with catalytic metals. *Antioxidant697 has strong synergistic effect with phosphites, other phenols and thioesters.
