Sodium Erythorbate CAS NO 6381-77-7is mainly used in food industry, as an antioxidant in food, widely used in meat food, fish food, beer, fruit juice, juice crystal, canned fruits and vegetables, cakes, dairy products, jam, wine, pickles, oil and so on. The dosage of meat products is 0.5~1.0/kg. For frozen fish, dip in 0.1-0.8% aqueous solution before freezing. The consumption of fruit juice was 0.01% to 0.03%. Canned Apple sauce, 0.15g/Kg (alone or combined with ascorbic acid) Lunch meat, cooked meat, cooked pork front leg meat, cooked ham, 0.5g/ Kg (alone with ascorbic acid and its sodium combined with ascorbic acid), peach, apple sauce: 2g/kg Canned fruit 0.75g/L, natural fruit juice 0.08-0.11g/ L.
